The platform
Is iPrepClass an LMS or an exam-prep tool?
Both. It began as exam preparation and is now a full learning management system: planning, teaching, assessment, school life and parents. The difference is that everything is built around the exam your pupils will sit.
Which exam boards and curricula do you support?
All of them. iPrepClass works with any exam board or curriculum, national or international, and a school can run several boards side by side. Your school can also build its own curriculum from the board’s syllabus.
Our pupils don’t all have devices. Will it work?
Yes. Work can be printed as booklets with QR codes and scanned back in. Registers work offline, and the whole platform runs on any laptop, tablet or phone, including low-cost ones.
Do we have to switch everything on at once?
No. Each part of iPrepClass is switched on by your school when you need it. Switching something off hides it but never deletes anything.
Which languages does iPrepClass support?
This website is in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Parents see the parents portal and alerts in their own language.
AI and marking
Do we have to use AI marking?
No. Each school, or each assignment, chooses AI or teacher marking. With teacher marking, no pupil work is sent to an AI model.
Can pupils see AI marks straight away?
No. Nothing reaches a pupil or parent until a teacher has checked it and released it.
Connecting and getting started
We already have an LMS. Do we have to switch?
No. iPrepClass connects to your existing learning platform through open standards. Pupils sign in with their school account, classes stay in sync and marks go back to your gradebook.
Which LMS platforms can iPrepClass connect to?
The widely used ones, through open education standards including LTI 1.3 and single sign-on with school accounts. Tell us which platform your school uses and we will confirm how it connects.
Does connecting our LMS mean duplicate registers or marks?
No. Classes come across from your LMS and released marks go back to its gradebook, so there is one record and nothing is typed twice.
How long does it take to get started?
Most schools are set up within a week: we import your pupils and staff, match year groups to the exam board’s course, and train your teachers.
Where is our data held?
In your region. iPrepClass runs separate regional platforms for the UK, Nigeria and the rest of Africa, and each school’s data is kept apart by the database itself.

How is iPrepClass priced?
We offer annual subscriptions for the whole school and pay-as-you-go options for smaller or seasonal programmes. Contact us and we will recommend the right plan for your school.
Can we start small?
Yes. Pay as you go suits after-school, holiday and exam-season programmes, and you can move to an annual subscription at any time.
